About: KEMEA is a Greek security studies and research organisation that supports analysis, research and training on security and societal resilience topics, working in close connection with public-sector stakeholders.

In PERiSCOPE: KEMEA strengthens institutional readiness and crisis-response capacity against disinformation. It organises targeted workshops for security and public-sector stakeholders focused on the operational, reputational and communication risks posed by disinformation, including protocols for information vetting and response and approaches that strengthen public trust through transparent, ethical communication. Later in the project, KEMEA brings together senior security and crisis-communication actors to shape a practical institutional playbook for coordinated responses to hybrid disinformation threats.
